I received the vest from my fiancé. We both work in emergency medical services, and we both use it. I decided to write a review because it recently proved itself in a very difficult situation — when I was leaning over a patient, his brother attacked me, striking me five times in the back with a wood chisel before a colleague managed to subdue him. The vest performed excellently and protected me effectively. At first, it was not very comfortable for me, and I felt that it restricted my movements a little, but over time I got used to it, and now I wear it to every shift. It saved at least my health, which is why I truly recommend it. My fiancé is also very satisfied with it, although he has not yet had to test how it works in practice himself.

Durable covering

The material maintains form stability, is easy to clean, and is ideal for daily use. The protective inserts can be easily removed thanks to the zippers located at the bottom of the vest, allowing the outer shell to be washed.

The protective inserts for the knife-resistant vest Salus P1 are designed for effective protection against blade attacks while maintaining low weight and high ergonomics. Their construction, made from high-strength materials, provides an optimal balance between penetration resistance and wearing comfort. The profile of the inserts offers an excellent fit to the user's silhouette, significantly enhancing freedom of movement and effective protection.
The surface of the protective inserts shields the vital organs from penetration in the chest, abdomen, and back areas. All fastening straps of the vest are secured with strong Velcro fasteners.
