I've been using the dumbbells for over half a year now and I can say that they've worked out very well. As for the caps – it's best to screw on both ends of the bar during use, they loosen the least and don't unscrew during exercises. I like the whole set and use it when I don't have time to go to the gym, but don't want to skip an arm workout. I also recommend it for beginners – it's an affordable option with many possibilities, and although it's made of plastic, it's sturdy.

Well... the courier didn't spare any swear words during delivery :))) The set itself looks very good. It's carefully made – the short bars are solid and the threads are precisely crafted. In my opinion, the weakest point is the plastic caps for holding the weights on the bars – you have to tighten them strongly so that they don't loosen when the plates are spinning. I can't say anything about connecting the bars into one long one, because I haven't had a chance to test it, although the connector itself looks decent. In summary: for a small price you'll get a solid home workout set :)
