I have already reviewed this product before, but sometimes it's worth adding a bit more. The pull-up bar is cleverly designed, although it’s still just a pull-up bar in the end. The length of 130 cm (with the possibility to adjust by 2-3 cm) is completely sufficient for even wider than standard door frames. The locking mechanism that prevents unwanted loosening is very practical, as it always bothered me during pull-ups in the past. I recommend this pull-up bar, it’s solid. Climbing a rope hung high up is great exercise, but the pull-up bar allows you to train different grips and hand positions, which helps comprehensively develop your back and more.

The pull-up bar is great. I tested its durability up to 200 kg and I can confirm it. I weigh about 110 kg myself, so I needed a bar that could handle more weight and this one is perfect. It holds to the door frame very firmly during pull-ups. I don’t know how it would work with a wooden door frame, as I have it installed on a metal one. The foam on the bar is sturdy – nothing cracks or deforms. In my opinion, this is definitely the best pull-up bar compared to others. I really recommend it.
