The bar is equipped with two pairs of handles that allow a variety of grips - pronated, supinated and neutral grip. This makes versatile pull-ups possible, engaging different muscle parts at different angles. In addition, the DD10 uses an adjustable width of the handles, giving you a customizable range of 85 cm to 105 cm for the pronated grip, and 24 cm to 44 cm for the neutral grip.
Sturdy design, boxing bag bracket
The construction made of high-quality steel ensures stability and strength, and the possibility of mounting on the wall or ceiling increases its versatility. The 4 mm thick mounting plate has 8 holes with a diameter of 11 mm, which guarantees a secure installation. The DD10 model additionally features a boxing bag bracket, which expands the training possibilities, making it even more functional.
