A useful product not only in the case of injuries, other conditions, or during rehabilitation. It is well made and should last a long time. It’s a good protection for wrists when exercising with heavy loads (everyone has a different tolerance for weight, so 'heavy' means something different to everyone). Of course, I bought the set, so I also have the version for the left hand.
