Hikvision Hikmicro Condor CQ50L 2.0 Thermal Imager
Modern thermal vision monocular, featuring a 640 × 512 px (12 μm) sensor, thermal sensitivity of NETD < 15 mK, a 50 mm F0.9 lens, and an integrated laser rangefinder with a range up to 1000 m. The device allows for detecting objects up to a distance of 2600 m and provides magnification from 2.7x to 21.6x (8x), as well as a field of view of 15.2 x 12.2 m at 100 meters, making it effective for both observing distant terrains and identifying objects at medium and long distances.
Device from the Condor series, designed with ergonomics and quick operation in mind when moving in the field. The body is designed to allow the thermal imager to sit comfortably and naturally in the hand, significantly increasing comfort during frequent scanning of the area with one hand.
Compact and durable design, IP67 protection class
The monocular's body is made of a magnesium alloy resistant to mechanical damage and shock. Thanks to its compact design and seals, the model meets the IP67 standard, providing full protection against dust intrusion and water for up to 1 m for 30 minutes. The thermal imager operates at temperatures from -30 to +55 degrees Celsius. The non-slip external surface and functional button layout ensure convenient one-handed operation, even with gloves. In version 2.0, the focus knob is located closer to the eyepiece, allowing for quick and precise focus adjustment without changing grip, significantly enhancing comfort in the field.
High-sensitivity VOX sensor and OLED display, laser rangefinder
The model is equipped with a bright 50 mm lens. Precise detail reproduction is guaranteed by a high-quality VOx Uncooled Focal Plane Arrays (UFPA) thermal sensor with a resolution of 640 x 512 px and a pixel size of 12 µm. Thermal sensitivity NETD <15 mK allows for detecting even the smallest temperature differences, even in dense vegetation, low visibility, or adverse weather conditions.
Image displayed on a 0.49" OLED screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 px. The display is designed to minimize eye strain during prolonged use, providing high usage comfort. Refresh rate of 50 Hz enables smooth tracking of moving objects. The thermal imager is equipped with a laser rangefinder, allowing for easy determination of distance to target up to 1000 m.
Advanced optical system and sensitive sensor enable detection of objects up to 2600 meters, making the Condor CQ50L 2.0 model useful in monitoring extensive fields, open spaces, and large areas in complete darkness.
Modern Hikmicro technologies
The device utilizes modern Hikmicro technologies, which streamline operation, enhance image quality, and facilitate use in various terrain and lighting conditions:
- HSIS - Hikmicro Shutterless Image System eliminates the need for traditional calibration, ensuring smooth observation without image interruptions. This allows the user to fully focus on the target, regardless of prevailing conditions.
- Image Pro 3.0 - dynamic image processing system that automatically adjusts contrast and sharpness, improving detail visibility in changing conditions.
- Zoom Pro - algorithm optimizing digital zoom, maintaining image detail and contrast at every zoom level, enabling effective observation even at maximum magnification.
The Picture in Picture mode allows magnification of the central part of the image in a specially displayed window. The monocular also offers diopter adjustment in the range from -5 to +3. The Hot Track function automatically detects and marks the hottest point in the observed thermal image, making it easier to locate heat sources.
Six display modes
The thermal imager allows the use of six display modes, aiding in the recognition and identification of observed objects:
- White Hot - higher temperature appears brighter.
- Black Hot - darker tone with higher temperature.
- Red Hot - image like "White Hot" with red highlighting of the warmest elements.
- Fusion - from high to low temperature, color image from white, yellow, red, pink to purple.
- Red Monochrome - red monotone palette, allows for prolonged observation without eye strain.
- Green Monochrome - green monotone palette, observation duration does not affect eye fatigue.
Wi-Fi module and 64 GB internal storage
The model enables storing photos or videos in the built-in memory with a capacity of 64 GB. Thanks to the Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz module, connection with the Hikmicro Sight app on a smartphone allows for remote viewing, saving, and sharing of images.
Rechargeable power, quick start-up
Power is provided by a replaceable Li-ion 21700 battery, allowing up to 6.5 hours of continuous operation. The USB-C port included in the set allows convenient charging from various devices, like a car charger, computer, or power bank.
Short start-up time of about 3 seconds allows for almost immediate start of observation, and auto screen-off function automatically turns off the screen, saving energy and prolonging operation time.
