The compression strap is great not only for attaching luggage – that's what I use it for most often. It also works very well as a simpler alternative instead of tying difficult knots when mounting a tarp between trees. All you need is a longer strap, like this two-meter one, and a regular carabiner. The speed of putting it on and taking it off really makes a difference. I definitely recommend this durable, long, and carefully made strap!
