The compass offers good value for the price. I use two of the same models as well as a sighting compass, and all of them point almost exactly north. Of course, these are not professional devices, but they do their job. I like the foldable shape of the compass, although a case for it would be useful. The downside is the scale in miles, but I was aware that the manufacturer, Highlander, is from the United Kingdom. Fortunately, there are also centimeter markings.
