The trousers have nice, rich colors in MTP camouflage. They have a waist drawstring and a zip fly. The side pockets are large enough and fasten with one large button. The legs are fairly wide overall, but that doesn’t bother me. In combination with the MTP smock, they match perfectly. The material seems a bit thinner to me, but it looks durable. There are drawstrings at the bottom of the legs. In the left inner pocket there is a double zip pocket. I wouldn’t even really need that there, but it’s made according to the original cut of British Army trousers. The sizing is accurate. I chose a 97 cm waist, and that’s exactly what it is. Maybe the legs could be about 3–5 cm shorter, but I don’t have a problem with that either. It’s just a detail. For the money, a great buy.

Basically, I ordered these pants because they were on sale. And I have no complaints regarding the design or functionality; they seem fine to me. However, I cannot comment on the wearing experience or durability, as I had to return them. The reason was the sizing. Other HIGHLANDER models use the international letter-based sizing system (S, M, L…). But these trousers indicate a numerical size that does not correspond to standard European numerical sizing. Consequently, although I normally wear a size XL (46), I received the equivalent of a size 3XL (50).
