Helikon-Tex Map Case IRR Map Case - wz.93 "Pantera PL" / Woodland

Compact map case in wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage, intended for carrying a map and handy accessories. Made of 100% 500D Cordura with a 225 g/m2 grammage, with IRR properties that reduce infrared radiation reflection. The transparent zippered pocket allows convenient use of the map, while additional pockets and the foldable design make it easier to organize and protect equipment.

The case is made of 100% 500D Cordura with a 225 g/m2 grammage. The material stands out for its high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage, making it suitable for regular field use. The applied IRR (Infrared Reflective) properties reduce the reflection of infrared radiation from the fabric surface. As a result, the equipment remains less contrastive when observed with devices operating in the near-infrared range, which helps maintain effective camouflage outside the visible light spectrum.

The case is equipped with:

• 1 transparent zippered map pocket
• 2 external zippered pockets
• 2 open external pockets

The transparent pocket allows the map to be read without having to remove it, and the additional compartments make it easier to organize small accessories needed in the field. On one of the sides there is a loop for a pen or marker.

The case can be folded in half and secured with a snap, which reduces its size during transport and helps keep the inside organized. The dimensions of the case are 25.5 x 30 cm, and when folded approximately 17 x 14 cm.

The wz.93 Pantera PL Woodland camouflage pattern is the camouflage currently used by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland - the first camouflage pattern designed and introduced into widespread use in the Third Polish Republic. The 1993 pattern offers a combination of mimetic and disruptive properties thanks to the use of irregular patches of different sizes. The color scheme based on green, brown, and black was adapted to the conditions of Polish forests, making “Pantera” a fitting choice for operations in local terrain. Uniforms in this camouflage are also part of the basic equipment of students in Military Uniformed Classes.
