The jacket is excellent. Functional. I like the tailoring. The fabric is great. In my opinion, the jacket runs a little large. I usually wear size L; when I tried it on, it was a little too big. I took size M, and it fits wonderfully. Height 1.75 m. Weight 85 kg. I recommend it.

I bought this jacket 6 years ago, and it’s about to start its seventh season. During that time, through my own fault, one outer pocket came apart. The zipper is also starting to act up and snag, although waxing it helps a bit. Even so, I’m very satisfied, because for Polish conditions this jacket performs excellently — even at -20°C, with a fleece underneath, it keeps you warm really well. It has a looser fit, so it provides a clear freedom of movement. I paid 700 PLN for it, so that works out to about 100 PLN for each winter season from October to March, which I consider a very good investment if it means not freezing and being able to use a truly excellent jacket. It’s not at the end of its capabilities yet. Aside from the zipper, which I can simply replace if necessary, the jacket shows practically no signs of wear.

We ordered the Level 7 jacket in Alpha Green and were genuinely impressed from the very first impression. The color looks really beautiful in person, and the jacket overall appears to be very well made and high quality. It fits very well while still offering enough freedom of movement, so additional layers of clothing can easily be worn underneath. Despite its good warmth, it feels pleasantly lightweight and does not add unnecessary bulk. The pockets are also arranged practically, and overall you can tell that a lot of emphasis was placed on functionality in this jacket. We have not yet been able to test it in really low temperatures, so we cannot say anything yet about its warmth performance in severe frost. However, from wearing it so far, it keeps you very pleasantly warm and definitely makes a very promising impression for the cold season. So far, we are very satisfied with both the fit and the material, workmanship, and appearance. Clear recommendation!

I really liked the Helikon-Tex Level 7 jacket as a warm layer for cold weather. Amazing jacket! This was the best money I've ever spent. The jacket is very warm – it worked great during this year's winter. It's not only comfortable, but also very practical. It's sturdy – I wore it to work in the woods, and branches were not a problem. In the mountains, it kept me wonderfully warm during breaks. I highly recommend it!

I give five stars, although I have a small suggestion—a zippered inner pocket would be very useful. This is already my second jacket of this type, which confirms its quality. The first one was a perfect fit, but that made it hard to fit much underneath. This time I chose a larger size, so it could serve as an extra layer—and it worked great this winter. Also, big plus for Militaria—the order placed on Sunday evening arrived at the parcel locker already on Monday morning.

The jacket is very functional and comfortable. It works well both alone and as a second layer under the M65 without insulation. Even in severe frost (-10/-15 degrees), with a thin layer underneath, it did the job. A practical solution with drawstrings in the pockets – allows you to adjust the hood without having to take your hands out. It’s great as a layer under a military rain jacket. After detaching the Velcro, there are marks left, though they’re only noticeable up close (for me, they were bothersome for everyday use and under the jacket). The jacket is definitely worth its price.

Very good jacket, excellently made. I chose the Flecktarn camouflage model and it works perfectly for nature photography. It's not the warmest jacket in the world, but combined with a fleece and warm thermal underwear, I was able to sit still for two hours in a -10°C wind chill. I haven't tested it in heavy rain yet, but a two-hour session in light sleet caused no problems at all. What I like most about it is the high collar lined with fleece (which eliminates the need for a scarf or neck warmer) and the two-way zipper with internal pockets – perfect, for example, for storing gloves. If it had ventilation openings under the armpits, which are very useful during walking, it would be the perfect jacket for me.

The jacket is both lightweight and provides warmth. If you wear it properly and follow the right clothing principles, it meets expectations. It is practical, retains heat well, and gives the impression of being solid. Unfortunately, its biggest drawback is the price.

The jacket is warm and practical – it's perfectly suitable for wearing down to -5°C, I usually use it for city walks in a T-shirt. The zipper is a bit hard to fasten, but otherwise everything is fine. I would buy it again.
