I value this vest for its modularity and comfort – after properly adjusting the straps and without any gear, it is practically unnoticeable. However, when using magazines for the Kalashnikov, it is difficult to place them in the front pouches. The inserts for magazines also hardly accommodate those for the Kalashnikov and, if you manage to fit them, one blocks the other, making it problematic to remove them. Additionally, my pistol replica (hi capa/colt 2011) is hard to fit into the dedicated compartment and requires some effort. Other than that, it's a solid vest, and I particularly recommend it to users of M4 replicas.

Very solid craftsmanship, no loose threads whatsoever. Wide range of adjustment and the possibility to attach all the essential accessories.

The vest has been designed in a very practical and thoughtful way, it provides plenty of space for various types of equipment, especially magazines and other small items. At the promotional price, this is really a good offer.
-
The vest is most often worn on duty with a belt, ideal for warmer days because it doesn't keep you as warm as models with a covered chest and back. For me, its pockets are very roomy, because I can fit everything I need for a 12-hour shift in them. It's sturdy and comfortable to use.

This is one of the best chest rigs I have ever used – I owned one before and regret getting rid of it, so I bought it again. Each of the three main pouches can fit two magazines for AR or AK (both 5.45 and 7.62 calibers), or four MP5 magazines, which thanks to separators don’t rattle, even if the pouches aren’t full (the separators also don’t make removing or inserting magazines difficult). In total, you can fit 12 submachine gun magazines or 6 rifle magazines, and in the side pouches, you can stow 4 more rifle magazines, which gives an impressive total of 14 magazines. Thanks to the inserts, you can fit two more magazines in the front, but I don’t recommend this, as three layers of magazines on the chest can become a problem when lying down or crawling. As the only improvement, I would consider sewing a soft Velcro panel inside the side pouches to allow organizing them with internal organizers, or adding drawstring chimneys. Alternatively, the rig could be widened with extra PALS cells on the sides to attach a small pouch, radio, grenades, or a first aid kit.

Well-sewn product, has three built-in magazine pockets and two extra ones in the form of inserts. The insert is meant for two pistol magazines, a magazine for a pistol, and an additional one for a carbine. There are two free pockets for any use – the only downside is the lack of a drawstring chimney, but this can be easily replaced with a small bag if needed. The straps are comfortable to wear, even under considerable load, they are hardly felt.

The build quality is solid, three main pouches for magazines and two as inserts. The insert fits two pistol magazines, a pistol, and extras for a rifle. There are also two spare pockets – the only downside is the lack of a drawstring chimney, but this problem can be easily solved with a small bag if needed. The straps are comfortable; even under a heavy load, there is not a lot of discomfort.

The Helikon-Tex chest rig is very well thought out, so you can easily organize the placement of your gear. I especially recommend it to those who are unsure about the purchase.
-
Great chest rig. It looks excellent, is carefully made, has large and practical pockets in the front for both larger and smaller magazines, and two roomy and convenient cargo-type pockets.
-
Great product, the straps can be easily adjusted to any height and body shape. The materials are really high quality. I bought it for my husband for the army and he is very satisfied.
-
The main pouches easily fit standard STANAG 5.56 magazines – they slide in and out easily, and the dividers keep them well separated. The flaps are well designed and can be conveniently lifted thanks to the straps. The cargo pockets are quite spacious, though unfortunately their walls are not reinforced. A plus is that they can be closed with Velcro. The pouches for 9mm double-stack pistol magazines are quite tight. The holster is also narrow – it’s hard to fit a sidearm, and a Glock barely fits. The elastic straps in the open pouches could be longer. 4.5/5

The product is of very good quality. Don’t rely on YouTube opinions – you can easily pull the magazines out of the quick pouches.
-
The equipment is solid. Plus points for the color, arrangement, and size of the pockets. The stitching and material are of good quality. Downsides: if you use AK magazines, it might be difficult to fit extra magazines or a pistol in other pockets. The straps are in an X configuration; it would be better if they were in an H system. Nonetheless, I rate the purchase positively.
