Previously, I used standard velcro cummerbunds. After a friend's recommendation, I tried the version with a buckle and it was a great choice! The workmanship is very careful and precise. Helikon, as always, does not disappoint. I use them together with the Helikon Guardian vest. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try buckle cummerbunds.

The cummerbund is solidly made with great attention to detail. The buckle is sturdy, and the edges of the soft and hard Velcro have been carefully finished. Thanks to the use of mesh, the side belt is lighter than traditional full models.

The panels work very well, I honestly recommend them – the difference compared to the Velcro version is huge. However, whether the panel is worth the money when for that amount you could get a whole vest remains an open question – probably not. Nevertheless, I am satisfied with the purchase.

This solution definitely outperforms standard Velcro cummerbunds. You only need to adjust the width once, making putting it on much faster and more comfortable. Now I can't imagine a vest without such a system!
