The size fits perfectly into a uniform calf pocket and the front and back pockets of jeans, it doesn't stick out and can be carried like a phone. I’m taking off one star because the side pocket is not closed, and both it and its contents get dirty quickly due to contact with clothing, sand, and dust. As an additional accessory for the main first aid kit for going outdoors or in the city, it’s very useful, but if you want to store more than the items suggested above, the m-tac city Med pouch will be better, although unfortunately when you pack compressed gauze, it bulges out a lot, same with tools. Only thin items will fit in this pouch. With this one, you don’t have to worry about the contents getting dirty.
