This is exactly what was missing from this waist bag, especially for people with a larger build. At last, the strap length can be adjusted comfortably to suit any body type, including when wearing it over the shoulder. I just don’t really understand why this wasn’t designed as an extension to the standard strap, but as a separate element — because of that, the detached strap will probably get lost somewhere.

Great product. The strap is twice as long as the standard strap on the waist bag, which makes it even easier to adjust the Possum and Bandicoot bags to your needs. I definitely recommend it.

After purchasing the Possum waist bag, I was surprised that its strap was so short that it could not be comfortably worn over the shoulder. Now, after adding an extension strap, its usability has significantly increased. Apparently I was not the only one with this issue, and Helikon listened to customer feedback – thank you! However, I am subtracting one star because the new strap has a small range of length adjustment and even at the shortest setting, it remains quite wide to wear at the waist.
