Helikon-Tex Bergen Backpack 18 l - Duck Hunter
An 18-liter backpack from the Bushcraft Line series, inspired by the design of backpacks used by British and Polish special forces during World War II. Made of durable and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, equipped with three external pockets closed with flaps with Woojin buckles.
Durable 500D Cordura, spacious main compartment
The backpack uses 500D Cordura, a material characterized by high strength and high resistance to abrasion and tearing. The design is based on a spacious main compartment, closed with a drawstring chimney and a flap with Woojin buckles. Such a solution allows you to adjust the height of the backpack depending on how full it is. Inside the main compartment there is room for a hydration cartridge and a zippered pocket. On the flap there is a flat pocket closed with a YKK zipper and four straps for attaching additional equipment.
On the front of the flap there is a 9 x 5 cm velcro panel, allowing to attach any patch or emblem, such as a national flag, unit emblem or so-called Morale Patches.
3 spacious external pockets, MOLLE webbing
The Bergen model is equipped with 3 capacious external pockets, each of them secured with a welt and a flap with buckles. Between the pockets and the body of the backpack there are three compartments designed to carry external equipment: two through-holes (e.g. for an axe) and three non-through-holes (e.g. for a knife or folding saw). The possibility of carrying additional equipment is provided by a long row of webbing in the MOLLE system placed above the pockets, as well as trousers located on the reinforced bottom of the backpack.

The carrying system is based on ergonomically shaped, adjustable shoulder straps and a padded back with shock-absorbing cushions, covered with breathable mesh. The suspenders are equipped with mounting straps and a quick-release system, which allows you to instantly drop the backpack in an emergency situation. Additional stabilization during carrying is provided by a detachable hip belt and chest belt. On top of the backpack there is a short transport handle, making it easy to carry.
