The Heavy Water Diver BlackTie B watch is a light and durable watch with a titanium watchcase and water resistance up to 300 meters. It is equipped with tritium backlighting and a precise Swiss movement. It is suitable for use in difficult conditions, both underwater and on land.
Titanium watchcase, quartz movement
The watch is equipped with a Ronda 515 quartz movement powered by a Renata 371 battery. The 50 mm diameter watchcase is made of grade 2 titanium, making the whole watch lightweight, durable and hypoallergenic.
Water resistance of 30 atmospheres protects the watch during diving to 300 meters and swimming. A unidirectional, notched diving bezel with a tritium zero indicator and a screw-down crown allow for precise setting of dive time. The large crown size makes it easy to operate with gloves on or underwater.
The watch face has large, easy-to-read digits in a military style, made with 3D technology. The integrated 24-hour scale allows for easy reading of time in military format. Inside the dial is an additional ring with minute markings for improved visibility.
The dial features a date display that shows the current day of the month.
The watch is protected by scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an internal anti-reflective coating, which guarantees excellent readability even in direct sunlight.
The GMT model is equipped with an additional scale indicating the hours in different time zones.
Tritium backlighting
The hands, markers, and zero indicator feature tritium microtubes that provide a continuous, intense illumination without requiring activation. These tubes are elevated 80% above the dial's surface, ensuring visibility from various angles and guaranteeing readability in darkness.
Tritium has a 12-year half-life, which implies its brightness will reduce by half over this period.
Durable straps
The watch features a sturdy rubber strap with a grooved texture and a map design, along with numerous holes to effectively wick away moisture, enhance ventilation, and prevent sweat buildup on the wrist. This material's resistance to moisture and perspiration makes it an outstanding choice for rigorous activities. A special lock ensures the strap won't accidentally come undone.
The strap has a quick-change system with screw-in pins, allowing for easy adjustment to suit your preferences. Removing the strap requires a Torx 6 screwdriver.
