Tick traps facilitate the safe and easy removal of ticks from the skin. The Tick Twister® extracts an embedded tick from humans or pets without risking damage to the parasite's abdomen, preventing the release of harmful toxins.
The Tick Twister® consists of a handle and two teeth that fit between the skin and the tick (as close to the skin as possible). To remove the parasite, slightly lift the hook and twist the handle 2-3 times. The procedure takes only a few seconds, requiring only disinfectant use afterward.
Tick Twister® hooks are crafted from polymer resin and feature silicone handles.
The package includes three hooks:
- a large one for large ticks,
- a small one for small ticks and difficult spots like ears,
- and a micro one for removing ticks in early development stages (larvae, nymphs).
Includes a case for convenient handling and storage of the forceps.

At first glance, they seem small. The workmanship is of a very high standard. The packaging is made of transparent plastic, so it can be used for a long time, but it's worth looking for something else for them later. Buying a magnifying glass is a good idea.
