Professional rope designed for climbing training, made of natural and exceptionally durable natural fibers. The thick weave provides a secure, firm grip during exercise. The rope is suitable for strength and endurance training. Exercises using the rope engage most of the muscle groups in the upper body, especially the muscles of the arms, back, and core.
