The first aid kit generally seems fine, but a downside is the weak snap fastener. It can come undone, especially when mounted on a backpack with a sparsely arranged MOLLE system, so the snap is very important, because MOLLE mounting alone is not enough.

A big plus for the solid workmanship – this is not some Chinese knock-off. The belt attachment system works great. The whole thing is Velcro; you can detach it very quickly in an emergency. Besides, it's spacious. Perfectly adequate for amateur hiking. I recommend it!
