I've already used it to repair several holes in my old tent – it's easy to apply and holds well. After drying, it shrinks slightly and pulls the material together, so on larger tears it tightens them even more. Excellent – in my opinion, better than regular glue.

Sturdy, fairly flexible, sticks well to a backpack and doesn't peel off (it’s worth rounding the corners of the patch), and also does not absorb water. I used it to repair abrasions and holes in polyester and polyester-elastane fabrics (e.g., stretchy backpack pockets). I bought more rolls as a backup and for friends. It's worth having with you, as it is lightweight and takes up very little space.
