The taste is a bit reminiscent of crumble pieces, so people who used to sneak bites of it in the kitchen when their mom was making sweet yeast cake will feel a familiar vibe xD. The rations are carefully packed in a cardboard box and then tightly wrapped in thick vacuum film, much like ground coffee. Inside, there are 9 elongated portions in shrink wrap, wrapped in paper, each divided into two parts. Thanks to this, the whole package is well protected from water. The taste is fairly sweet and somewhat bland. However, it should be remembered that this is an emergency ration, and its price remains reasonable. For emergency situations, I recommend it. For camping, trekking, and similar trips, it is better to choose freeze-dried meals or something more filling.

A very practical format for building a food reserve. The ration is compact, easy to store, and provides a good amount of energy. It is reassuring to have this type of product available for outings or simply as a reserve at home.

I used to have this often, and I still do. It’s a great portion of food that provides energy during demanding moments on the trail or while travelling. I will definitely keep reaching for it in the future as well. It also works well prepared hot with water, with the addition of a few nuts and dried fruit. It turns into something similar to porridge, but especially in winter it is very pleasant to eat something warm and sweet outdoors.
