Set of five compressed food rations providing a balanced and high-energy diet in emergency situations or during intense physical exertion. Seven Oceans products are used globally as emergency meals on ships and lifeboats. The quality exceeds the requirements of the SOLAS convention (International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea). These rations are produced in Norway under the supervision of the Norwegian Ministry of Health. They are perfect as emergency food for sailors, travelers, mountain enthusiasts, or survivalists.

One pack (500 g net) contains 18 cubes placed in 9 bars, providing a total of 2500 kcal. They are vacuum-sealed in a hermetic and waterproof triple-layer aluminum foil. Shelf life is up to 5 years from the production date. Ready to eat upon opening, but they can also be soaked in milk or water. The product should be stored at a temperature below 30 degrees Celsius. The set consists of five packets of food rations.
