Temperatures and usage conditions
Operating temperature ranges for the Svalbard sleeping bag according to the EN 13537 standard:
- T-comfort: 5 C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: 0 C – the minimum temperature at which a man can rest without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -14 C – the lowest survival temperature. Not advised for regular use.
10D Rip-Stop nylon with Water Repellent coating
Both the outer and inner parts feature lightweight 10D Rip-Stop nylon with a hydrophobic WR coating (Water Repellent). This treatment minimizes moisture absorption, and the Rip-Stop design helps resist abrasion and prevent further tearing. Inside, there is a small pocket for essentials and loops for attaching an insulating liner.
Goose down filling, H-chamber construction
Thermal insulation and airflow are guaranteed by Polish goose down at a 93+/7 ratio. With a fill power of 900 cuin, the down offers excellent compressibility for compact packing. H-shaped baffles prevent the down from shifting. A drawcord-equipped footbox includes an additional insulating layer for enhanced warmth around the feet.
Right-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
The model is equipped with a two-way zipper on the right side, allowing it to be completely unzipped from the top for easier access. A fluorescent puller ensures operation in low-light conditions. Thanks to the Anti-Bite system, the fabric is safeguarded against catching in the zipper. An internal thermal baffle offers extra protection.
Integrated hood with DUO drawcord
The 3D hood enhances thermal efficiency by enveloping the head and minimizing heat loss. Its design offers added protection against wind and moisture. The Duo drawcord features a combination of elastic and strap that enables intuitive adjustments—elastic around the neck allows you to quickly extend your hand, while the back strap loosens specific areas, which is beneficial at night.

Effortless to transport and stow. When folded, it measures 24 x 17 cm and weighs just 535 g, ensuring it is remarkably portable without weighing down your backpack.
