This sleeping bag is very warm and lightweight, compresses well, the down doesn’t come out, and the zipper works smoothly and doesn’t snag. It’s easy to get in and out of it. As for temperature, it works great down to 10°C, but I’m not sure about 4°C.

Durable sleeping bag in Blue, designed in a mummy shape to maintain a natural body position and allow easy movement during sleep. Constructed with robust nylon, it features a solid outer shell and is filled with duck down and feathers.
Temperature and usage conditions
The temperature ratings for the Nordkapp sleeping bag comply with EN 13537 standards:
- T-max: 15 C – the highest temperature at which a person can sleep in the bag without experiencing overheating,
- T-comfort: 4 C – the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night,
- T-limit: -1 C – the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without any discomfort,
- T-extreme: -16 C – the minimum survival temperature. Not advised for regular use.
20D nylon with Water Repellent coating
The outer and inner layers consist of lightweight 20D nylon with WR impregnation (Water Repellent), minimizing moisture absorption. Inside, a small pocket is available for tiny items, along with loops for attaching a thermal liner.
Duck down fill, H-shaped construction
Polish duck down with a 91/9 ratio guarantees warmth and ventilation. Featuring a 700 cuin loft fill, it offers excellent compression, making it simple to pack the bag compactly. H-shaped chambers keep the down from moving. For enhanced foot warmth, the drawcord footbox has an extra insulation layer.
Left-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
Outfitted with a two-way SBS zipper on the left side, facilitating opening from both the top and bottom for swift access. A fluorescent puller allows for easy manipulation in dark conditions. The Anti-Bite system safeguards the fabric from catching in the zipper. A thermal baffle shields the zipper from the interior.
Integrated hood with cold protection, DUO drawcord
The 3D-shaped hood efficiently prevents heat loss from the head and also offers protection against wind and moisture. The Duo drawcord incorporates both elastic and adjustment tape—elastic allows for swift hand movement, while the back tape facilitates easy loosening, which is advantageous during nighttime activities.

The sleeping bag works well. At my height of 172 cm, it’s comfortable. In terms of comfort, it’s fine down to 5-6°C, but around 0°C, even with socks and thermal underwear, I was already missing a bit of warmth.

Very nice, lightweight sleeping bag. The material is pleasant to the touch. I have no problem sleeping in it down to 5°C. I think for lower temperatures, like around -2°C, an additional, double-layer cover made of quilted material will be useful.
