Durable sleeping bag in Olive color, with mummy construction, provides comfortable body positioning and freedom of movement during sleep. Made from high-quality 20D WR nylon, it includes a durable outer shell and insulation from down and duck feather.
Temperatures and usage conditions
The Nordkapp sleeping bag's temperature range complies with EN 23537 standard:
- T-comfort: 8 deg. C - lowest temperature at which a woman can comfortably sleep through the night,
- T-limit: 4 deg. C - minimum temperature at which a man can sleep through the night without discomfort,
- T-extreme: -1 deg. C - lowest survivable temperature in the sleeping bag. This value is not recommended for regular use.
20D nylon with Water Repellent coating
Both inside and outside, lightweight 20D nylon is used, covered with a hydrophobic WR coating (Water Repellent). The waterproofing of the material limits moisture penetration. Inside, there is a small pocket for accessories and loops for attaching an additional thermal liner.
Duck down filling, H-shaped construction
Thermal insulation and air circulation are ensured by the filling of Polish duck down in a 91/9 ratio. Down with a fill power of 700 cuin is characterized by high compression, which facilitates packing the sleeping bag into small dimensions. H-shaped chamber construction eliminates down shifting and clumping. Footbox in the form of a drawstring is filled with an extra layer of down, which improves the sleeping bag's thermal efficiency, providing better foot insulation.
Zipper on the right side, Anti-Bite system
The sleeping bag is equipped with a two-way zipper positioned on the right side, allowing for full opening from both the top and bottom, making it easier to get in and out. A fluorescent puller allows the bag to be opened even in the dark. Thanks to the Anti-Bite system, the material does not get caught in the zipper. A thermal strip has been added inside.
Integrated hood for cold protection, DUO drawstring
An integrated 3D hood design enhances thermal protection, wrapping around the head and preventing heat loss in low temperatures. Its shape further protects against wind and moisture. The Duo drawstring combines the functions of a cord and tape. The cord around the neck allows for arm extension without needing adjustment. The tape at the back allows for quick loosening at the desired location, useful during nighttime activities.
Convenient transport and storage
The model is easy to transport and store. When folded, the sleeping bag measures 24 x 17 cm, and its weight is only 630 g, which facilitates easy carrying without excessive baggage weight.
