Fjord Nansen Malaga IV Four-Person Tent

Spacious camping tent designed for four people. A large vestibule with a double entrance allows for comfortable camping for extended periods - an excellent solution for prolonged trips and campsites. In unfavorable weather, it can serve as shelter and also a field kitchen. Both the bedroom and the vestibule provide plenty of space, eliminating the problem of cramped interiors, especially for taller users. The freestanding dome construction ensures stability and convenience of use both at campsites and in more demanding conditions.

The flysheet is made of damage-resistant polyester coated with a polyurethane (PU) layer, providing waterproofing at the level of 3000 mm water column. Thanks to this, the tent effectively protects users from rain and moisture in changing weather conditions. All seams of the flysheet have been additionally laminated, increasing tightness and reducing the risk of leakage during heavy rainfall. The floor is made of durable polyethylene, resistant to abrasion and contact with wet ground. The inner bedroom is sewn from polyester materials, supporting proper air circulation and improving comfort on warmer days.

The freestanding construction is based on a fibreglass frame, allowing for stable tent setup. Bright guy lines improve visibility after dark, reducing the risk of tripping. The bedroom entrance is equipped with a mosquito net, protecting the interior from insects and supporting effective ventilation. Double-layer construction with a separate flysheet reduces condensation and improves thermal comfort during overnight stays.

The Malaga IV model has a bedroom height of approximately 190-195 cm, allowing for comfortable movement inside even for taller individuals. The spacious bedroom area allows for convenient placement of mattresses and camping equipment. The large vestibule with two entrances provides space for luggage, bicycles, footwear, or tourist gear. In the event of bad weather, this area can serve as a field kitchen or a shelter from the rain.

The tent utilizes the Fast Click system, significantly speeding up both assembly and disassembly of the construction. The frame is secured in special sleeves, and the flysheet connects with hooks, allowing for rapid creation of a stable dome structure. This solution allows setting up the tent even during heavy rain, without the risk of wetting the bedroom. Color-coded components of the frame further facilitate correct assembly and minimize the risk of errors during construction. The bedroom can be permanently connected to the flysheet, further reducing the time needed to prepare the tent for use.
