Temperatures and usage conditions
Hadsel sleeping bag temperature ratings per the EN 13537 standard:
- T-comfort: -1°C - the lowest temperature at which a woman can sleep comfortably throughout the night.
- T-limit: -8°C - the minimum temperature at which a man can sleep without experiencing discomfort.
- T-extreme: -25°C - the lowest temperature at which survival in the sleeping bag is possible. Not recommended for regular use.
Polyester 210T Rip-Stop, polyamide lining
The outer layer is made of 210T Rip-Stop polyester, effectively protecting against abrasions and other mechanical damages, while reducing the risk of further tearing. The interior is lined with 190T polyamide. The bottom of the sleeping bag is shaped like a bowl for a natural fit to the feet, reducing empty space and supporting heat retention in this area. Inside there is a small pocket for handy items and loops for attaching an additional warming liner.
MICROFill Super-Therm insulation
The interior of the sleeping bag is filled with synthetic MICROfill Super-Therm insulation, characterized by lightness and softness. Thanks to the special microfibre structure, the insulation provides high elasticity and excellent thermal insulation. The fibres retain their properties even after many washing cycles.
Left-side zipper, Anti-Bite system
The sleeping bag features a two-way zipper located on the left side, allowing opening both from the top and bottom for easier entry and exit. The fluorescent puller makes it easier to operate the zipper in the dark. The Anti-Bite system minimizes the risk of the fabric getting caught in the zipper. The zipper is protected from the inside by a thermal strip. The model can be joined with another sleeping bag from the same series.
Integrated cold-protection hood, DUO drawcord
The built-in 3D hood effectively protects the head from heat loss and shields against wind and moisture. Its special shape ensures even better user fit. The Duo drawcord combines elastic and strap – the elastic surrounding the neck allows the hand to be pulled out without adjustment, while the rear strap enables quick loosening, which is particularly useful during night operations.
Convenient transport and storage
The model is designed for easy transport and storage. Once packed, the sleeping bag's dimensions are 38 x 24 cm and it weighs a mere 1700 g, ensuring it can be carried without adding much weight to your gear.
