If you are looking for a backpack for emergencies, meaning to pack it up and use it occasionally, I can recommend it. However, as an everyday carry (EDC) backpack, remember that it's made from very stiff material, and the main compartment slightly expands toward the bottom, leaving a narrow opening at the top. The whole thing is made from rigid plastic. I chose it as an evacuation backpack for the youngest member of the family, mainly because of the built-in laptop organizer, which was supposed to make it more than just a regular BOB backpack. However, packing and unpacking items from the inside is not convenient, and the capacity seems mostly theoretical. Compared to a waterproof Bergson 30L or a solid Mil-Tec 35L—even without inserts—it's better to choose one of those options and buy an organizer separately. In the Fjord backpack, the material is definitely too thick and stiff.

Broad shoulder straps with quick-drying foam padding and adjustability ensure the backpack fits well to the user's physique.
