Fjallraven Skogso Padded Jacket - Black

A rugged hooded jacket in black, made from durable G-1000 fabric that provides good protection against changing weather conditions and high wearing comfort. The inside of the jacket is filled with PrimaLoft Black RISE synthetic insulation, ensuring effective thermal insulation in all weather conditions.

G-1000 fabric is a material developed by Fjallraven, characterized by very high durability and adaptive properties, designed to meet the highest demands during outdoor activities regardless of the season. It consists of 65% recycled polyester and 35% densely woven cotton. The jacket features a robust construction and high durability, even under intensive use.

The insulating layer uses PrimaLoft Black RISE synthetic insulation with a grammage of 133 g/m2. The synthetic fibers provide excellent insulation at low weight. Thanks to its hydrophobic properties, the insulation does not lose its performance even after contact with water, and it also effectively wicks away moisture and remains flexible, allowing it to adapt to the body shape.

The main closure is a zipper with an inner placket and snap-fastened storm flap, which effectively protect against cold getting under the jacket. The high collar effectively shields the neck from harsh conditions. The shoulders feature an additional layer of fabric, which increases the jacket's durability by protecting it against abrasion in the most exposed areas.

The jacket is equipped with 6 practical pockets:

• two chest pockets with zippers that provide secure storage for small items,
• two pockets at the hips, also closed with a zipper,
• and two internal mesh pockets.

The model features a deep hood with a visor and adjustment options, allowing it to be precisely fitted to the user and to provide effective protection against adverse conditions. The bottom of the jacket is equipped with adjustable drawstrings that prevent cold from getting in from below, providing additional thermal insulation. The cuffs are fastened with velcro, allowing precise adjustment around the wrists and protection against the cold.
