The flashlight's body is crafted from A6061-T6 aluminum with a durable HA-III black anodized finish. Its non-slip texture provides a secure grip in any condition. Sealed with O-rings, it complies with the IP68 standard, ensuring full protection against dust and enabling submersion up to 2 meters for 30 minutes. The sturdy design offers resistance to impacts from heights of up to 1 meter.

The light source features a Luminus SST70 LED that emits a cool neutral color light beam, allowing for natural color rendering and excellent detail visibility. This model incorporates high light transmission glass and a smooth SMO reflector, ensuring a highly concentrated light beam to enhance the flashlight's range. Its optical system is safeguarded by a steel bezel, with tungsten tips added to the bezel's edges for effectively breaking glass during emergencies.

The sophisticated electronic system manages the current delivered to the LED, enabling the flashlight to operate in the chosen mode with consistent power until the battery is fully depleted. A driver with digital current control safeguards the LED from overheating at the highest setting. This model also features reverse polarity protection. Model TK22R comes with two switches: a main and the innovative FlexiSensa switch. The rear button provides both momentary and continuous illumination. The FlexiSensa tactical switch offers selection between two mode groups:
