The most important advantage of this flashlight is that it can be powered by an ordinary AA battery. If you prefer a rechargeable battery with USB charging, it’s easy to find one—just make sure it’s 1.5V. This makes the flashlight very versatile, and AA batteries can be bought almost anywhere, which is important in emergency situations. The three brightness levels are also a plus—200 lumens is more than enough for everyday or even more demanding uses. Honestly, I wonder who actually needs 1200 or 1300 lumens in a flashlight—probably just to show off that the gear is more powerful. In practice, even 200 lumens is a lot—I most often use the “medium” setting, which is 30 lumens, and for home use, the “low” setting of 5 lumens is most comfortable for me. The flashlight is sturdily made—it has a metal, reliably working button and a sealed, durable case. The markings aren’t just ordinary print, but permanent engraving filled with white paint, which shows the quality of the product. The only downside is the fairly short clip—if you have thick jeans, it’s hard to slide it all the way in. Overall, as an EDC flashlight, it’s a great choice and it’s really worth considering whether it makes sense to buy more expensive and more powerful models, at least in this category of smaller, compact flashlights.

In short: it's okay. In the longer version: I replaced my small Olight flashlight that uses one AAA battery with this EDC AA flashlight because I wanted all my gear to use the same type of battery. Cons: - The flashlight is big, like all AA models, but that's to be expected since the dimensions are provided. It can be uncomfortable in the back pocket, but you get used to it. Pros: - Three modes and memory of the last mode. - The weakest mode really is very gentle, which is good because it doesn't blind the eyes. In complete darkness, it works great and doesn't strain your vision after turning the flashlight off. - The strongest mode provides solid light for its size – it illuminates a larger area very well. - Very easy to operate with one hand – unlike my old small Olight, where you had to twist the head, here you just press a well-hidden button, so you can't accidentally turn it on. The price-to-quality ratio is quite good, though I can't fully judge it because I haven't tested its water resistance or mechanical durability. In summary, it's good for daily carry, one-handed operation is convenient, and you can get batteries just about anywhere. I use a USB-C rechargeable AA battery, so I have the option to use both regular batteries and rechargeables. I recommend it.

Great flashlight, which I use in my car. It is powered by a single battery and is only slightly larger than the battery itself. I'm glad that Militaria has introduced Fenix for sale – I hope it will be available permanently.

Great flashlight, very good quality for a reasonable price. It is just a bit larger than the battery that powers it. Easy to use, lightweight, fast delivery. I recommend the store.
