Tactical glasses developed for effective eye protection. The design combines a polymer frame, a wide polycarbonate visor, and polarization that reduces intense glare. The lens provides full protection against UVA and UVB radiation, while compliance with the ANSI Z87.1 standard confirms the structure’s resistance to specified mechanical loads.
2.2 mm polycarbonate visor, polarization
The visor is made of polycarbonate with a thickness of 2.2 mm. The material stands out for its low weight. The wide surface shields the eyes from the front and limits the intrusion of debris from the sides. The applied filter provides 100% protection against UVA and UVB radiation.
Polycarbonate provides good image clarity. The visor uses a polarizing filter that reduces glare appearing on bright and smooth surfaces. The lens transmits about 15% of visible light.
Quick visor replacement system
The lower part of the frame was designed with a cutout to facilitate visor removal and replacement. The solution enables quick replacement of the lens with another variant compatible with the frame. The system allows the configuration to be adapted to lighting conditions and the type of activity.
Polymer frame, thin temples
The frame is made of polymer. The material combines low weight with resistance to use and the stresses generated when putting the glasses on and taking them off. Thin temples reduce pressure on the sides of the head and make it easier to use the glasses together with hearing protectors and a communication set.
The design stabilizes the visor and keeps it in the proper position in front of the eyes. The frame was developed with support points that help distribute pressure during prolonged wear.

Z87.1 standard developed by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for the durability of eye protectors. The standard includes two types of tests (3 tests) for the impact resistance of the lens and the stability of its seating in the frame: resistance to High Mass and High Velocity objects.
