Corrective inserts designed for CDI™ Hi Impact Sunglasses from ESS. The frames included in the set allow the glasses to accommodate lenses prescribed by an ophthalmologist.
The kit includes two composite lens frames with plastic Demo Lenses installed and a Velcro-locking case.
The kit does not fit CDI MAX™ eyeglasses.
