Good solid fuel, lights up quickly and gives a clean flame. One cube is enough to boil a small cup of water, for a larger amount you need more cubes, I recommend it.

Esbit is a German brand with over 75 years of experience, whose history begins with the invention of solid fuel by Erich Schumm in 1936. The lightweight, folding stoves and efficient fuel tablets quickly gained recognition among mountaineers and soldiers, including during World War II. Today's offerings include, among others, modern thermoses, cups and bottles, made of resistant stainless steel and equipped with vacuum insulation technology. Solutions such as Vacuum thermoses and Food Jug containers allow drinks and meals to remain hot for a long time, even in harsh conditions. Esbit products are BPA-free, easy to clean and designed for heavy daily use. The brand is one of the pioneers in the field of compact solutions – one of its breakthroughs was the pocket kitchen set, designed for solo expeditions and maximum mobility.

I like the solution with solid fuel very much – it's simpler and cleaner than liquid fuels. The price is acceptable, especially if you use it rarely. Combined with a stove from the same brand, the fuel works flawlessly. One cube boils half a liter of water in 7 minutes, usage is trouble-free.

The fuel is packaged similarly to pharmacy tablets – you can easily split it into smaller pieces and take singles out into the field. With 12 pieces, you can boil about 12 liters of water.

This is the best of the fuels I’ve bought here, fits perfectly with the stand in my Esbit stove. The only downside is the price, so sometimes I choose cheaper alternatives.
-
In my opinion, Esbit is the best solid stove fuel on the market, I have nothing more to add. They could just lower the price a bit. It's great that different weights are available.

Great fuel from Esbit, each cube is individually wrapped and importantly, there’s no unpleasant smell like with some other fuels. Burn time is about 12 minutes as stated by the manufacturer, which is enough to boil about 300 ml of water or heat food. I can wholeheartedly recommend this product.

Very practical fuel. It actually burns for 12 minutes as the manufacturer claims. In favorable conditions, it's enough to boil 300–400 ml of water, but in cold and humid weather you need two cubes. I even used 10-year-old fuel and it worked like new. I recommend both this product and the Militaria.pl store.

It's good, but a lot depends on the weather. On warm nights one cube is enough, but in winter or wind you need more. It's worth adding found materials to the fire, which helps you survive in tougher conditions.
-
The biggest advantage is that the fuel doesn't have an unpleasant smell, which is not always the case with other fire starters. The cubes are packed separately, you use as many as you need. I honestly recommend them, they're unbeatable.

The fuel works well during dry days, but when humidity is high, it is difficult to light. It is ideal for boiling water for tea, instant noodles, or your favorite meals.

I didn't pay attention to the time, but using the linked stove it takes one cube plus two more to boil 400 ml of water. While heating 400 ml and pouring some out for a hot drink and leaving the rest for tea, I used two 14 g cubes. I'm starting to wonder if a biofuel stove would be more efficient for a week-long trip if I heat water twice a day.
-
One of the top solid fuels currently available. The burn time matches what's written on the packaging. It's always worth having on hand, guarantees safe fire lighting and a warm meal.
-
Practical and compact packaging, big cubes provide longer burning time. Most importantly, each cube is in its own blister which makes using them easier and keeps them fresh longer. I'm very satisfied and recommend the purchase.
-
It's a classic – lightweight and handy. I definitely prefer Esbit over gas stoves.

Tested on a small Esbit stove with 500 ml of water – I managed to heat the water to about 92 degrees. If someone wants boiling water, it's better to use less (300–400 ml). I was positively surprised that the fuel burns even longer than stated by the manufacturer (in ideal conditions up to 18 minutes) and burns out completely, leaving no residue – unlike, for example, Wołoszyn fuel.
