Eberlestock X2 Backpack 40.2 l - Mountain

Backpack with a capacity of 40.2 liters, made of durable microfiber leather waterproofed with a DWR waterproof coating. It is equipped with an aluminum Intex frame that provides stable carrying of heavy gear while maintaining user comfort. The extensive MOLLE/PALS system and compression straps allow for attaching additional gear.

The frame made of aluminum is characterized by high durability and rigidity, enabling the carrying of substantial loads. This solution ensures that the weight is distributed evenly, relieving the spine during long marches. The back panel is covered with a soft spacer mesh, enhancing air circulation and breathability. The backpack is equipped with an adjustable hip and chest strap fastened with buckles.

On the exterior of the backpack, there are wide compression straps that allow for stable attachment of additional gear and the compression of the backpack to smaller sizes depending on the amount of equipment being carried. On the main compartment, sides, and bottom of the backpack, there are straps in the MOLLE/PALS system, allowing for the attachment of additional pockets.

The backpack features foldable side wings with spacious pockets. Access to the main compartment is through the top flap with a drawstring extension and a front zipper. Inside, there is a separate compartment for a hydration insert. Elastic side pockets provide quick access to small accessories and facilitate gear organization.

Doppel:Ganger is Eberlestock's proprietary line of camouflages, using a double-image technique in which an abstract veil layer is superimposed over a classic pattern of stains alluding to the natural surroundings. The depth and contrast effect makes it difficult to pick up the silhouette, forcing the eye to focus on one of the layers, increasing the effectiveness of the camouflage.

The Mountain variant is based on shades of green and brown, allowing it to blend in with lush vegetation, wet areas and agricultural landscapes. It works particularly well in the coniferous and mixed forests of Central and Northern Europe. It is an alternative to classic forest patterns such as US Woodland, Marpat (Digital Woodland), as well as WASP I Z3A.
