I use it with Earmor M32 headphones on a helmet and Baofeng radio. Everything works perfectly—signal goes through properly, sound is in both headphones, and nothing cuts off. The plugs are well seated, so they won't disconnect accidentally. I recommend it to everyone.

Compatible with all Baofeng radios, so if you have a two-way radio from this company, you can safely buy it. Sound is played in both headphones. PTT buttons from other brands may cause the sound to be only in one earphone in mono mode.

The only downside is the thin protective cable layer at the end—as with other buttons, it may break. Is it worth it at this price? Not necessarily, but other manufacturers' buttons don't fit the M32.
