I've been using this for quite some time. It's not top-tier equipment worth thousands, but it's still a really solid product. Pros: Good noise reduction, efficient active hearing protection, great sound quality, good microphone, the ability to adjust and turn on/off, detachable microphone, and the option to replace the headband with adapters for a helmet. Cons: You can't detach the jack, which is annoying if someone isn't using it at the moment. I'm considering modifying the jack after the warranty so it can be easily attached and detached as needed.
