The headphones are great, among the best I've ever used. You can easily detach them from the holder and mount them on a FAST helmet. They effectively dampen noise while allowing for free conversation. I truly recommend them.

Electronic hearing protectors shield ears from hazardous noise while permitting the perception of environmental sounds.
External directional microphones on each earcup detect loud noises and the internal speakers reproduce them. Harmful sound levels are reduced to a safe 82 dB, with low noises being enhanced.
The protectors offerthree volume settings, a battery-saving function that automatically powers off after 4 hours, and suitability for both right- and left-handed shooters.
Two distinct, well-shielded microphones provide superb directional sound localization. A waterproof battery section reduces the chance of moisture reaching the batteries during use.
The headband's length can be adjusted for sizing, and the foldable design facilitates easy transport and storage in a backpack or bag.
A 3.5mm Mini Jack located on the left earcup allows connection to a phone, music player, etc.

These are some of the best hearing protectors I’ve ever used! You won’t find better at this price. They are extremely comfortable and don't cause discomfort even after long periods of use. You can quickly detach them from the holder and mount them on a FAST helmet – that's a big plus. I wholeheartedly recommend these headphones!

The protectors are extremely comfortable and fulfill their main task well. For this price, the quality is positive, but at an indoor shooting range, it's worth considering additional semi-active in-ear inserts.
