Direct Action Typhoon Chest Rig Tactical Vest - MultiCam

Chest Rig vest crafted from robust laminate and mesh. The front section of the vest features laser-cut slots, forming a MOLLE/PALS-compatible modular system. An internal panel accommodates ballistic inserts.

The center chest panel can be tucked away in an interior pocket. Additionally, there are 4 Velcro-sealed pockets inside. Its extensive mounting area makes it an ideal option for tactical operations or ASG activities.

The Chest Rig includes flat, X-shaped suspenders with structural mesh lining for enhanced ventilation. Openings in the suspenders permit the attachment of supplementary accessories.

MultiCam, an advanced camouflage pattern, was devised in 2002 by the US company Crye Precision, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to design a flexible camouflage pattern effective across diverse terrains and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam design features seven colors, facilitating gradient transitions among shades of green, brown, and beige. This allows it to dynamically blend with backgrounds, adopting green hues in wooded areas and brown and beige tones in desert settings. In Central and Eastern European landscapes, it is particularly effective during autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim and is employed by numerous military forces and special units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted the camouflage for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also accessible to civilians, making it a favored option among military or airsoft enthusiasts.
