The best recommendation is that I thought I had lost the cap during a night hike, but I had it on my head the whole time :D. You don't feel it at all, and I blamed the headlamp for the pressure. It does its job perfectly during regular physical activity – it's very warm and comfortable. With higher effort it gets a bit hot, but there's less sweat. I think the cap could be a bit bigger – manufacturers convinced me I have a bigger head than I thought. It might not fit everyone, but for me it's perfect. Worth its price.
