The kidney bag is specifically crafted to transport medical equipment. Constructed from durable nylon, it features laser-cut PALS webbing compatible with the MOLLE system, allowing for the attachment of additional gear. Its ergonomic design enables carrying beneath a plate carrier, which is particularly advantageous when working in tight spaces.
Positioned on the front is a flat pocket suitable for storing items like protective gloves. The main compartment is secured with a two-way zipper, while elastic bands inside function as an organizer for medical supplies.
The top flap houses two pockets—one intended for scissors and another with a zipper. The inner side of the flap, lined with soft Velcro, allows customization of the bag's interior using hard Velcro organizers. On the kidney bag's rear, a flat pocket is available, ideal for carrying flat bandages, for instance. A shock cord at the bottom permits the attachment of additional items.
