500D Cordura for durability, tailored fit
Constructed using 500D Cordura, known for its resistance to heavy use and mechanical damage. The flexible elements and shockcord with a stopper allow the cover to contour perfectly to the helmet, ensuring stability while worn.
Velcro panels and MOLLE/PALS system
The cover features a top and two side Velcro panels with MOLLE/PALS-compatible slots, making it easy to mount identification patches and additional accessories such as clip-on flashlights. At the center of the top panel, there's a loop for extra safety securing night vision goggles (NVG) with a cord. The rear part has a Velcro panel with two rows of MOLLE/PALS webbing, designed for attaching a battery pack or NVG counterweight.

The velcro panel is an area with sewn-on Velcro tape that allows easy attachment of various additional items, such as patches or pockets.
Cordura is a material woven from durable nylon fibers, developed by DuPont. The structure of the material provides lightness and abrasion resistance, as well as weather resistance. Due to its properties, Cordura is widely used in tactical equipment.
PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) is a modular mounting system for pockets and pouches, used in the MOLLE system. It consists of horizontally sewn rows of 1 inch (25.4 mm) wide, fixed spacing webbing (such as on a backpack) and vertical webbing for attachment and threading (on a pocket). This system is usually equipped with snaps, which further secures the pinned items.
LCS (Laser Cut System) is a new version of the assembly used in the MOLLE system, where instead of traditional tapes, laser-cut holes are used directly in the material. The system is much lighter than standard sewn-on PALS tapes and guarantees better camouflage. The holes are hemmed with thread to prevent fuzzing and ripping, or, as in the case of Cordura, the laser-cut edges are fused.
