I bought the adapter for the Bushnell Trophy binoculars, also purchased at militaria.pl. The appearance of the adapter is a bit different from the one in the picture, but that's not a problem. The mounting screw is too long, so the thicker part doesn't sit flush with the arm, making the whole thing unstable. I solved this by adding a piece of tubing between the screw and the arm, which keeps everything in place. I think this was a one-off factory defect, unrelated to the type of binoculars. Besides that, the adapter is very useful for image stabilization.

The adapter is sturdy and works great with Delta Optical Titanium roof binoculars. Unfortunately, it doesn't fit Porro binoculars of the same brand – a sleeve with a mounting thread would be needed.
