Delta Optical Smart 5MP Pro Digital Microscope

A digital microscope featuring a CMOS sensor with 5-megapixel resolution delivers magnification ranging from 20x to 300x. This enables the examination of both larger objects (such as insects, plant parts, stamps, and coins) and minuscule items (like intricate details of larger objects, or microscope slides). The effective magnification is influenced by your microscope settings, the observed object's distance, monitor resolution, and diagonal size. With its automatic white balance mode, the Smart 5MP Pro eliminates the need for color calibration.

Beyond live viewing, the microscope allows for capturing static images (JPG, BMP, PNG, and TIF formats) and video files (AVI format). The produced documentation can be printed, saved to a computer disk, or shared online.

Accompanying the microscope is a stable tripod with adjustable height and a focusing knob. The tripod facilitates comfortable observation and measurement by reducing tremors. Alternatively, the device can be handheld like a pen, which aids in examining larger object sections that don't fit under a conventional microscope. A 1.4-meter USB cable offers excellent mobility. Observations in low-light environments are enhanced by the built-in LED light with fully adjustable brightness.

The device is powered via a USB cable connected to the computer, requiring no batteries or rechargeable cells. It includes Delta Optical Smart Analysis Pro software for easy image and video capture, enabling direct saving to your computer's hard drive.

This microscope is compatible with all Windows versions as well as Mac OSX 10.6-10.8. The software's advanced features provide precise measurements of microscopic objects.

The software enables users to:
- add text to an image,
- draw lines, arrows, rectangles, handwriting,
- measure the length of any straight-line segment,
- measure the lengths of segments in any curved line,
- create a circle by radius and measure its radius, circumference, and area,
- create a circle by diameter and measure its diameter, circumference, and area,
- measure the angle between any two lines,
- calibrate measurements using the included calibration scale.
