I've been using it for over a year and I think it works great for more experienced users. The most important feature is the rangefinder reticle that makes it easy to calculate the distance to the target with the knob, which was the reason for my purchase. Under the reticle in the right eyepiece there is a compass, illuminated with daylight or an LED, and you can set the focus separately on both eyepieces. Waterproofing is a big plus, especially in the rain—after all, it’s a binocular for sailing. It’s solid, comfortable, provides proper magnification, and comes with lens caps and a strap. I definitely recommend it.
Delta Optical presents the Sailor 7x50 binoculars, ideal for water enthusiasts, featuring a rubberized, fully waterproof design that can float.
Equipped with a built-in illuminated compass visible through the binoculars' optical path and an optical rangefinder, this model allows you to determine distance based on the known height of an object and vice versa. For simpler calculations, one of the lenses includes a suitable converter.
The Delta Optical Sailor 7x50 utilizes a classic Porro configuration with a user-friendly individual focusing system for each eye. Besides its practical features, it excels in performance and optical quality. High-quality BaK-4 glass prisms and anti-reflection coatings covering all optical elements ensure bright, clear images with high light transmission and contrast.
The set includes:
- Delta Optical Sailor 7x50 C1 binoculars,
- case,
- neck strap
- cloth for cleaning optics,
- manual.

My father-in-law sails a lot, he's tested many pieces of equipment and is very satisfied.

I've been using it for a few days. It's lightweight, comfortable to use, and doesn't slip in your hands. The image is clear and bright. It's a binocular worth considering, especially at this price.
