EVA and gel layer
The mouthguard is crafted from EVA material and gel utilizing GelTech technology, incorporating two protective layers. The inner layer ensures flexibility during molding, while the outer layer delivers optimal jaw protection. An additional reinforced compression zone enhances cushioning for chin impacts, countering the significant force when the lower jaw strikes the upper jaw.
Breath channels and easy molding capability
The mouthguard includes breath channels to aid airflow during jaw clenching and features protrusions on the outside to prevent it from shifting. It can be customized to fit the individual shape of teeth through the thermal molding process, enhancing both protection efficiency and comfort while wearing.
