EVA and gel layer
The mouthguard is crafted from EVA material and gel using GelTech technology, which incorporates two protective layers. The inner layer ensures flexibility for molding, while the outer layer delivers optimal jaw protection. An additional reinforced compression zone is designed to enhance cushioning against chin impacts, which involve significant force from the lower jaw against the upper jaw.
Breath channels and easy molding capability
The mouthguard features breath channels that enhance airflow while the jaw is clenched, along with protrusions on the outside to prevent shifting. It can be custom-fitted to the unique shape of one's teeth via the thermal molding process, boosting both protection effectiveness and comfort.

The Bushido gel mouthguard is a good choice for martial arts enthusiasts. Although it’s a basic upper jaw model, it works great – I used it for over half a year and had no problems.
