It works perfectly with the double mag pouch; thanks to the adjustment, it fits both single and double-stack magazines. Only your fingers are needed for adjustments. The only downside is that after some time, the belt attachment can loosen and you occasionally need to tighten the screws with a tool, probably because it catches on things when standing up from a chair.
