My waist is 88 cm, I chose size S and it fits perfectly, and the adjustment allows you to wear the belt over a sweatshirt or jacket too.

Now, having this belt, I’m glad I made that decision. As for the size – I wear pants in size 32, and size S fits me with plenty of extra room.

It's a pity the inner belt is so short, but even though I had to replace it with a longer one (from mil-tec), I give it 5 stars, because at this price there's nothing as high-quality as this tactical belt. With size S there's also plenty of room for all the necessary equipment.

This was just the belt I needed—slim, yet comfortable even with an outer belt attached. It's not too wide, but still practical. Very solidly made; gear can be attached to the MOLLE slots or mounted on the outer belt and stabilized from the inside. I ordered a size bigger than my pants waist and had to tighten it all the way, but if I wear it over a sweatshirt or jacket, I'll definitely let it out.

I searched for a reasonably priced MOLLE belt for a long time, one that could easily be worn together with the hip belt of a larger military backpack. The Condor belt met these requirements—it’s lightweight, low-profile, and well-made. MOLLE pouches are easy to mount and stay secure. Hiding unnecessary strap ends is very convenient. The sizing info on the site is a bit unclear—it seems to refer to the belt length rather than the waist size. According to Condor, S/M fits 30-32", M/L 34-36", L/XL 38-40", but in my opinion, the M can be tightened to about 36" waist at most, so it’s better to choose a smaller rather than a larger size.

The belt fits very well and is comfortable to use, and there is no problem attaching accessories.
